The annual curry and quiz social night on 25th June kicked off with every one filling their tummies with all the delicious food cooked from scratch (ok some were shop brought) by parents, staff, governors and friends of St. Mary’s.
The general knowledge quiz was much tougher than some of us was anticipating, while Jay was trying to find a link between pictures that there was no link to the rest of us were scratching our heads to come up with the right answers.
There were four teams which included, staff, governors, friends and parents. The governors unfortunately came last, with friends taking first place winning lots of chocolate goodies.
All round it was a fun evening with a great opportunity to meet and socialise, the event raised £128 pounds which will go towards much needed resources for all pupils to use.
