After school clubs

At St Mary’s we are able to offer a selection of out of hour’s clubs, which will enrich your child’s learning and provide them with the opportunity to experience different activities.

Clubs run for 14 weeks of each term depending on the length of the term. Dates will be published with the clubs registration letter at the beginning of each term.

Due to the cost involved in running clubs there is a charge of approximately £42.00 per child, per club, per term. This fee must be paid in advance of your child starting the club and unfortunately we are unable to refund you for club payments where a session has been missed or where a decision has been made that your child will no longer be attending the club.

As there are limited spaces in clubs, registration will operate on a first come, first served basis. If you would like your child to attend a club, please return completed form along with payment and register your child at the Clubs Registration Table. More information about when clubs registration starts, will be sent out at the beginning of each term.

After school clubs start at 3.30 and finish at 4.30pm.

Please ensure to pick your child up promptly after the club has finished otherwise the late fine procedure will be adhered to.

After school clubs for pupil premium pupils

At St Mary’s we want all children to have  the opportunity to experience the breadth of clubs and extra-curricular activities available.  In order to support families we are currently offering some funded places per club for children who are eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant, on a first come, first served basis.   Children will be eligible for one place per school year.  Please see Ms Kennedy at the school office for further information.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is available from 8.00 – 8.50am; Children can be dropped off any time after 8.00am, but before 8.30 when breakfast is cleared away.

We offer fixed term places of £10.00 per week. This guarantees your child a place or a drop in service is available which costs £2.00 per day, however this does not guarantee a place if the club has its full quota of children.
